Free Initial Consultation

One of our team member will contact you and schedule initial consultation. We will do a preliminary evaluation of your claimed experience, previous study, and career goals to determine whether you are eligible to formally get assessed.

Submit Documents for Evaluation

If your initial evaluation is positive, you will then be asked to enrol for formal RPL assessment, pay enrolment fee, provide supporting documents (work experience proof, transcripts, certificates). An additional assessment fee applies at this stage regardless of the outcome of the assessment.

Receive Your Outcome

Once evaluation is complete, you’ll get one of the following options:

  • Full RPL – Get your full qualification based on experience. You will pay complete RPL free here.

  • Credit Transfer – Transfer credits for units you've already successfully completed and complete your gap study. This will attract additional fee.

Required Documents for Assessment

To support your Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer application, you need to provide evidence of your skills, experience, or previous study. Your documents will help assess your competency against the qualification requirements. Here is the list of documents you should provide. 

Work Experience & Employment History

  • Resume/CV with detailed job descriptions (current & past roles)

  • Employment contracts & offer letters

  • Apprenticeship papers

  • Performance appraisals

Skills & Work Samples

  • Photos or videos of your work (ensure confidentiality)

  • Work samples or completed projects

  • Volunteer experience & industry participation

Education & Training

  • Certificates, diplomas, or transcripts (TAFE, University, RTO, overseas qualifications)

  • Attendance at courses, workshops, or seminars

  • Workplace training or safety certifications

References & Memberships

  • Employer reference letters & testimonials

  • Industry awards or trade association memberships

  • Third-party reports verifying your skills

Our assessors will guide you on the required evidence and help you complete your application.
